The agreed plan can include

Monitoring operating parameters and maintaining an operating log.
Inspections, routine maintenance, cleaning and consumable replacement.
Reviewing deviations and recommending operating adjustments.
Planning spare parts and refresher training.

Service arrangements

Activities, frequency, responsibilities and response times are defined in a service agreement. Remote support and site visits are discussed separately, taking account of the country and site accessibility.
