How it works

Prefiltration prepares the water for membrane and electrochemical treatment. Electrodialysis and reverse osmosis operate sequentially, linked by recirculation and control of scale formation. Final concentrate is handled in a circuit defined for the project.

Applications

For mineralised groundwater, industrial water preparation and saline process or wastewater streams. Process selection is based on salt composition and the intended use of the treated water.

Development status

A SOLVIA technology development for project-specific systems. Layout, materials and operating settings are selected for the stream composition and site conditions, with implementation details established during engineering.
