How it works

An increase in motor current or power is used as an indication of fibres winding around the working element. A controller commands smooth reversal through a variable-frequency drive, with response settings linked to load. Preventive cycles and integration with site monitoring are included.

Applications

For mixers in pumping stations, aeration tanks, anoxic zones and balancing vessels. Considered for new equipment and retrofit of compatible three-phase drives.

Development status

A SOLVIA technology development for project-specific systems. Layout, materials and operating settings are selected for the stream composition and site conditions, with implementation details established during engineering.
