How it works

Air passes through pre-scrubbing, catholyte and anolyte scrubbers, a mist eliminator and a sorption stage. Liquid circuits address different groups of contaminants, while an external electrolyser maintains the working solutions. Stages are selected for the actual air composition.

Applications

For treatment works, sewage pumping stations, sludge areas, livestock and composting sites. Selection requires information on contaminants, humidity and ventilation operating patterns.

Development status

A SOLVIA technology development for project-specific systems. Layout, materials and operating settings are selected for the stream composition and site conditions, with implementation details established during engineering.
