How it works

A coating is applied to a prepared concrete or metal surface to form a functional protective layer. Material selection considers chemical exposure, substrate condition and application conditions. Concrete and metal solutions are assessed separately rather than treated as one identical coating.

Applications

For treatment works, pumping stations, receiving chambers, manholes, septic tanks and process reservoirs. Selection starts with the medium, structural condition and access for surface preparation.

Development status

A SOLVIA material development for project-specific use. Material selection, application method and operating conditions are matched to the medium; formulation and manufacturing details remain part of the developer's technology.
