How it works

Anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic and membrane zones form one process. Biofilm remains on fixed carriers and recirculation controls mixed-liquor return. Ultrafiltration takes the place of secondary settling; membrane protection and maintenance are included in the system engineering.

Applications

For residential developments, small settlements, hotels and commercial buildings. Considered where layout constraints and separation of water from suspended solids are important.

Development status

Being developed as a SOLVIA product platform. The configuration, equipment and control settings are selected for each site, considering wastewater composition, loading and treated-water requirements.
